When booking a single travel service, you will not be able to use the rights applicable to package tours under Directive 2015/2302. Therefore, DLT Travel GmbH is not responsible for the proper provision of such travel services. In case of problems, please contact the respective service provider.

However, when booking additional travel services within 24 hours of confirming your booking through DLT Travel GmbH, these travel services will be part of all connected travel services. In this case, DLT Travel GmbH has the security required under EU law for the reimbursement of its payments to DLT Travel GmbH for services that were not provided due to a bankruptcy of DLT Travel GmbH. Please note that this will not be refunded in the event of insolvency of the relevant service provider.

DLT Travel GmbH has concluded a bankruptcy insurance with R + V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. The travelers can contact the insurance company R + V Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, if they are denied travel services due to a bankruptcy of DLT Travel GmbH.

Note: This insolvency insurance does not apply to contracts with parties other than DLT Travel GmbH, which can be fulfilled despite the bankruptcy of the company DLT Travel GmbH.
