Meet the expert truffle hunter with his trusty dog in Poggio
Truffle hunting takes place in the hills of Poggio, in the middle of a beautiful wood (suitable shoes are recommended). Laila, who was specially trained for truffle hunting thanks to her excellent nose, looks for and identifies the best truffles. After identifying the truffles, our staff will take the truffles and show you how a truffle hunter works. The truffle found fresh is immediately brought by chef Diego, who with great skill highlights all his extraordinary qualities in the preparation of delicious dishes.
