Zalakaros:
Zalakaros is a wellness center in the county of Nagykanizsa in the county of Zala in the western part of Hungary. The "rural" community of about 750 years with its nearly 2000 inhabitants has despite its small area of only 17.17 km² of city rights, making it the smallest city in Hungary.
Zalakaros is best known for its modern spa, healing and aquatic park. After drilling in loco in 1962 he had brought warm water from 2000 meters of depth and a chemical analysis had confirmed the healing properties of mineral salt and water containing sulfur, the bath was built three years later.
