The property is located in the homonymous and exclusive resort of southern Sardinia, in the municipality of Maracalagonis, on a small promontory surrounded by the sea, with a breathtaking view over the bay and the beaches of Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. The residence consists of comfortable apartments located in the most panoramic part of the promontory of Torre delle Stelle, where you can enjoy the view of the sea while walking on the white earth paths, having a swim in the pool, or simply relaxing in front of the magical lights of the sunset.

The "Studio" apartments are studios with a double bed and kitchenette, where it is possible to accommodate up to 2 people, the "Two-rooms", similar to the Studio, have an extra double bedroom, the "Three-rooms" are composed of living room, bedroom double and small bedroom.

Maracalagonis and surroundings
Surrounded by rolling hills, Maracalagonis is a center of eight thousand inhabitants that stretches in the south-eastern part of the Campidano, 15 kilometers from the island's capital, renowned for its artisan sweets, basket weaving and Sardinian brocade costumes. Its territory, framed by the mountains of Punta Serpeddì and the oasis of the Seven Brothers, reaches the coastal resorts of Geremeas and Torre delle Stelle. A land inhabited since prehistoric times (3rd millennium BC), as evidenced by the Eneolithic necropolis of Cuccuru Craboni, the prenuragic village of Cann'e Sisa and the remains of various nuraghi, later frequented by Phoenicians and Punic people. In addition to the remains of a Punic temple, two sandstone statues of the god Bes were found, housed in the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari. In the Middle Ages in the current area of the country there were various villages, including Mara and Calagonis, belonging to the Giudicato of Calari. From 1416, in the Aragonese period, the union of the two places gave life to the center with the name of Mara de Calagonis.Maracalagonis today boasts a series of enchanting beaches on the eastern part of the Gulf of Angels, along the scenic road from Cagliari to Villasimius. Paradises of light sand and blue sea, surrounded by green hills, about 25 kilometers away from the town. In the town of Geremeas, shared with Quartu Sant'Elena, which includes the sandy shores of Kala 'e Moru and Marongiu, the beach of Mara is Baccu Mandara, with soft golden sand that plunges into the green and turquoise shades of the sea . Continuing on the coast road you will meet another famous Marese resort: Torre delle Stelle, with two breathtaking beaches Cann'e Sisa and Genn'e Mari, separated by a promontory dotted with villas and tourist facilities, which in summer become a real village .The patron saint of Mara is Saint Stephen, born in 82 AD, under the Emperor Trajan, and died a martyr, pierced with a nail in his head. The relics are preserved in the parish church consecrated to him in 1925: the skull with a nail in a case and other bones inside his statue under the high altar. In the center it is also worth visiting the church of the Vergine degli Angeli, in Romanesque style, consecrated in 1237 and remodeled in the following centuries. Around the village there are the rural churches of San Basilio and San Gregorio.
