It is located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, one of the most exclusive areas of Sardinia in a panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Cugnana and with an exceptional view of Porto Rotondo. The complex consists of a central area where the reception is located, the shopping center, the swimming pools and the small square for the animation, while the apartments are located in blocks on different levels divided by paths, flower beds and tall trees, linked together by stairs, stairways and internal lanes.

All furnished and equipped in a simple and functional way, they are equipped with a kitchenette with electric hotplates and bathroom with shower, some with balcony or terrace. are available in the following types:
Two-room apartment for 2 or 3 people: living room with 1 sofa bed or built-in bed and double bedroom.
Two-room apartment for 4 people: living room with 2 sofa beds or built-in beds and a double bedroom.

Cugnana and surroundings

It is located in the locality called Marina di Cugnana, in the municipality of Olbia. The beach is characterized by the presence of stones and pebbles. Siamo letteralmente scappati da quella schifezza di posto e ci avete rovinato le vacanze restituendoci solo il 20 % della spesa totale di un pacchetto vacanza ingannevole !!

Residence un pò datato, ma vivibile, troppi sentieri con scale, distanza dal mare non veritiera (6km), navetta ogni due ore e il pomeriggio risalita solo 3 volte, piscina sempre gelida e alta sin dall'inizio, per chi non sa nuotare. Animazione scadente, non coinvolgente e noiosa, ( adatta per bambini).

Ottimo il ristobar MY LOVE, market carissimi ma essenziali, tabaccaio mal fornito, non ci ritornerei.

Gran bel soggiorno, location perfetta, in collina, sempre con un fresco venticello,comodo tra porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo, appartamento bello, sopra la piscina, animazione non invadente, le ragazze della reception e Fabio sono stati tutti veramente gentili. Grazie davvero
